I am Dhanya, founder of My Uni Guide, dedicated to guiding students through the college application process with honesty and transparency. My mission is to demystify this daunting journey, empowering students to find their best academic, social, and financial fit in the global academic realm. With a nuanced understanding of admission processes in esteemed institutions across the US, UK, Europe, and Australia, I excel at matching students with colleges aligned with their aspirations. Leveraging my expertise in academic counseling, I assist students and families at every stage of the admissions journey, from strategic planning to final decision-making. Putting student well-being first, I ensure every student gains acceptance into a college where they can thrive. Throughout the process, I foster a supportive environment, helping students develop essential life skills for a smooth transition to university life. In addition to my Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, I hold IT credentials such as CISSP, CCNA, MCSP, and SCJP. Certified as a Career Counselor for International Studies (CCCIS) from Edumilestones and a Global Career Counselor from UCLA Extension, I bring a wealth of expertise to my practice. Before becoming an Independent Educational Counselor, I worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer in the Aerospace industry and a Network Engineer in IT. Then, I followed my passion for education and became a partner in a training center. With my strong educational background and technical skills, I've helped students create personalized admission strategies. As an Independent College Counselor, I've guided students to get into top universities like Cornell, NYU, BU, Imperial, Warwick, Erasmus, and more. Driven by a genuine desire to empower the next generation, I am committed to guiding students towards their educational and personal aspirations with empathy, expertise, and unwavering dedication.
