Manisha Sanas is the founder of Way Finders Career Coaching & Mentoring. She is a Trained and Certified Career Counselor as well as a Behavioural and Emotional Coach and a Mentor. She is passionate about guiding students to find their Ikigai.
She has more than 2 decades of experience in the Education industry. Graduated from Mumbai University, she holds a Diploma in Behavioural Counselling, is a certified Career Counselor from iDream Career and is also a Certified Emotional Intelligence Specialist.
Manisha started her career in the Banking Sector and expanded into multiple other roles working as Business Development Manager, Sales Support and Marketing. She then moved to being the Manager Admissions and Chief Counsellor for an MBA college affiliated to the University of Wales, England. Her passion for Counselling and wanting to guide the youth, made her decide to give her full time to Career Counselling.
Today, apart from her Career Counselling and Mentoring, Manisha is also a Volunteer Behavioural & Emotional Coach at a School for the Visually Impaired. The above pursuits and passions gives her a distinctive perspective of the many possible career options which helps her to empathise, connect and guide the student in the right direction.

I engaged the services of Manisha for my 10th grade kids for a career and stream selection. Though I believe we got an overview of their probable career options i think it is impossible to determine it at this stage given that their experiences maturity brain is still developing. Manisha assessment on their personality was bang on with the test being a mirror to it. She guided us on the school selection too as we were looking to change the same. Her personality is warm and friendly and I think teens / kids can open up to her with the kind of rapport she builds up. Overall we were happy with her services . I would just like to make a small suggestion. I know these test on aptitude, personality etc are fixed standardized system generated and there is not much scope to change the format etc . There is absolutely nothing right / wrong in these . No yardstick. Most scores are interlinked or interconnected. But certain scores can be improved . I would like Manisha to outline the same . Include a section and outline the ways on which the child can work on improving their scores in certain aspects of their test. Just like a doctor gives prescription added with advice on improving the numbers on their ailment. Similarly I wish the Counselor too could do that it would be much appreciated. Lastly I would like to definitely recommend her services if anyone is looking for career counselling for their kids .

I went to Manisha after having done career counselling with another counselor. Somehow we were looking for more handholding for my son and i felt manisha would be perfect because she has the warmth and the skills. And the magic unfolded from the second session when her insights and belief on the potential of my son lead me to make the right choices. She had an intuitive understanding of the unseen potential of my son. Just after the third session, we all became so clear on the stream , the path and the immediate next step. She's a blessing, she has purpose, passion and skills to help students in the right way. Thanks dear Manisha for everything.
