Radhika is working as a HR Business Partner for 24yrs. She is associated with leading National and Multinational Shipping companies. Her work includes - conducting Training sessions, Psychometric evaluation and provide Counseling sessions for Maritime Officers.
Radhika has worked with the Times of India – NIE Division.
